Whether you’re navigating change, feeling stuck, or facing challenges in relationships or identity, therapy can help you understand yourself more deeply and move forward with greater confidence. I’m Kirsty, a counselling therapist and a Brit who has lived in Spain for over 25 years. Building a life between cultures has shaped both who I am and how I work, giving me insight into the complexities of belonging, transition, and finding your place. I hold a Psychology degree from the UK and am registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS). I trained as a counsellor in Spain at the Galene Institute in Madrid, completing postgraduate training and a Master’s in Humanistic Integrative Counselling. I am a member of APHICE and practice in line with their ethical and supervision standards.
